Fees
Fees are charged on a daily rate. A day equals seven hours (or part thereof).
There is an administration charge at five per cent of the daily rate to cover: travel and parking costs for meetings at the usual place/s of business; fax; telephone; general postage and other incidental costs. (Items falling outside this standard administration charge would be, for example, couriers used at the client’s request.)
We invoice monthly, unless agreed otherwise on a project-by-project basis.
Prompt completion of communications work partly depends on Inspire Communications receiving information, approvals and the client’s input in a timely way. If we feel any delay is likely we would discuss with you immediately the implications for your project and related costs.
The above details of fees and costs – and any financial aspects specific to you - will be included in our written service agreement with you at the start of your project
