We provide written quotes, and a service level agreement that details everything we have discussed with you, so that there are no future surprises. We ask you to confirm this agreement before we begin work.
We organise regular meetings, phone and email contact to keep you up-to-date, to clarify any questions straight away, and to ensure we’re on schedule. We’ll review and adapt our agreement if your needs change.
At the end of our contract or at agreed stages, we provide written feedback on the progress and outcomes of the communications work, allowing you to feed this into your future business planning.
